We exist to close the gap between earning a license and owning a business in the Latino roofing community.
Our mission
To help Latino roofers go from skilled tradesperson to true business owner and entrepreneur, through free and low-cost education, mentorship, and access to resources.
Why we exist
Thousands of Latino roofers know how to do the work, and they do it well. Many earn their license. But very few are ever taught how to run a business: pricing, estimating, insurance, bookkeeping, taxes, hiring, sales, cash flow, credit, contracts, and compliance.
That gap is costly: jobs priced below their value, tax problems, contracts that offer no protection, and businesses that never grow. The Foundation exists so that skill on the roof becomes lasting security for families and communities.
